The dates for this year's Handicap and Consolation Cups are shown below. The results of each round will shown on the results page on the conclusion of that round. Failure to send the match score cards within one week of each match will result in immediate elimination from the competition. All matches must be played during the following weeks:

Round 1	Week 12, December 5 - 9
Round 2	Week 16, January 23 - 27
Round 3, Consolation Round 1	Week 20, February 20 - 24
Semi-Final KO, Consolation Round 2	Week 23, March 12 - 16
Semi-Final Consolation	Week 25, March 26 - 30
Consolation Final	Week 27, Tue April 17th
KO Cup Final	Week 27, Tue April 17th

Both Finals to be played at Wamdsad

FORMAT

Four games only to each set , points being scored normally up to 11. No deuce game will be played and the game ends when the first player reaches 11. The total points gained by each team shall be added up. The handicap awarded to one of the teams shall be added to the corresponding total. In the event of a tie there shall be a replay, the away team having choice of venue. Home team captains must contact their opponents to inform them if their match is not going to be played on the normal home night.

All players registered prior to 21st October, who have played one league match in the preceding or current season, are eligible to play and additional players can apply for a handicap when they have played in one league match. All teams who have played and lost in the 1st Round of the senior cup will play in the consolation cup competition starting in the week commencing 20th February 2012.

Please note – You must play in the main cup to qualify for the Consolation Cup. If you concede in the main cup you are out of the competition (see Rule 16.5).

Please note Rule 16.6– A Player can only play for the team they are Registered for. You cannot play up in the cup.
